121 with Tom is a mental health and social empowerment service designed to support individuals who are struggling psychologically, socially, or emotionally, particularly those who may feel stuck, isolated, or lacking direction.
The service provides both early intervention support and longer-term social empowerment plans, offering individuals the structure, consistency, and guidance needed to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Depth Psychology

Hypnoanalysis
Using structured therapeutic techniques, I help individuals access deeper levels of processing to reduce distress, reframe unhelpful patterns, and support emotional resolution.
